Company History In 1982 Dennis Ozarchuk, a Co-Owner, and the current President of DMO Food Equipment Services, Inc. started working as a food equipment / refrigeration service technician for ARR/CRS, a large and well- established food equipment service & parts company in Akron, Ohio. In a short time, Ozarchuk was actively developing the company's business in the Greater Cleveland Area. In 1988 under the direction and management of Ozarchuk, ARR/CRS opened a branch office in Cleveland. We focused on service and repair of equipment, evaluating commercial kitchens for maintenance contracts, working with large chain accounts, institutions and manufacturers in establishing quality preventive maintenance programs. In October of 1993, the Cleveland Branch was split off as a separate company and was purchased by Dennis and Maria as 50/50 working partners DMO grew in size; added eight additional Service Technicians, new vehicles and have increased their office staff to support them. In 2003 majority ownership of the company was transferred to Maria J. Ozarchuk. Over the last ten years Maria has worked at the business daily; as the CFO/Sec/Tres Maria is in charge of A/P, A/R, H/R and the majority of other small business requirements. The recent transfer of majority ownership to Maria was done to allow DMO to apply for the position of a FBE, Female Business Enterprise.We provide Service and Parts* for Anetsberger, Baxter, Blickman, Bunn, Cecilware, Crathco, Dean, Frymaster, Globe, Groen, Insinger, InterMetro, Lang, Market Forge, Marshall Air, Metal Masters (Eagle), NUVU, RAM, Ready Access, Salvajor, Server Products, Vulcan Hart, Wolf Range and many other manufacturers. DMO has a "heavy service vehicle" for installations of equipment and hoods. Equipment is often received by us for our customers for delivery and installation in Northeast Ohio by our "CFESA Certified" Service Technicians. ALL of the HVAC&R calls we receive is now done directly by our EPA Certified Service Technicians and ranges from servicing small under counter refrigerators to installing warehouse size walk in boxes and large commercial rooftop HVAC units. We also perform on site welding of most metals, fabrication and have machine shop services at our Cleveland location.Service is the foundation that DMO is built on, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year! We take great pride in the quality of our work and our customer service. DMO will help you in locating obsolete parts. Researching and helping you find what you need is one of our specialties. We also own up to our mistakes when we make them (yes, we do make mistakes from time to time). We like to point out "mistakes" because we believe that honesty in a service company is an important part of true customer service.All work performed by DMO Technicians has a 30 day labor warranty; parts normally have a 90 day warranty and are covered by each manufacturers written warranty. Most of our customers are institutional or chains accounts and have been with us for years, references are available. DMO is a voting member of CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association), a Member in Good Standing with the NSC (National Service Co-op). DMO maintains all required insurance; copies of our Certificate of Insurance and Workers Compensation Certificate are available upon request.
